Large Group Permit Sales
Transportation & Parking Services provides assistance to University departments that are expecting visitors to events on campus. Our services range from permit sales to traffic direction and signage. We will work closely with your department to provide the level of service you require.

Core service
Our core service consists of up to two students to assist with permits and parking. In addition, one enforcement officer can be made available to provide traffic direction if needed. The students and enforcement officer are available for up to two hours at no charge.

The following fee-based services are also available.

Signage/barricades
Signs for directing visitors can be provided, from poster-sized to 3 foot by 7 foot digital. Poster-sized signs cost $25.00 each; the cost includes the sign's placement and removal, plus a barricade to display the sign if needed. Digital signs cost $175.00 each; the cost includes programming, setup and take-down. Barricades can be rented at a daily rate of $15.00 each; the cost includes setup and take-down.

Staffing
Staffing in excess of our core service can be provided, at $45.00 per hour for an officer to direct traffic, and $12.00 per hour for a student to sell permits. We reserve the right to stipulate the amount and kind of staffing needed to meet the demands of your event, ensure safety, and comply with University polices.

Reserved parking spaces
Parking spaces can be reserved for your VIPs and special guests at $30.00 per space; the cost includes a sign, barricade, setup and take-down. A permit for a reserved space will be necessary, at $8.00 per weekday or $3.00 for Saturday, Sunday or evening (after 5PM) parking.

Reserved parking lots
Specific lots or areas may be reserved. Please note that not all lots are available, and lot availability is subject to the requirements of concurrent activities on campus. Our Group Sales Coordinator will assess your needs and quote a price in advance of your scheduled event.
