Refunds
To cancel a parking permit, the permit must be returned to the
Parking Services Office. Refunds will be issued in the payment form
in which the original transaction took place. The only exceptions to this are permits
paid for by cash. Permits purchased with cash will be refunded by a check issued
by accounting. The refund will be calculated based upon the remaining term that
the permit is valid for.
Permits on Payroll Deduction
Payroll is charged one month in advance. On the fifteenth of each month the payroll
deduction file is sent to accounting. As long as the parking permit is turned in
before the 15th of the month, the permit will be cancelled and not be deducted again.
If the parking permit is turned in after the 15th but before the end of the month,
a credit for the following month will occur. A temporary permit can be issued for
the remainder of month.
Multi-year and Payment Plan Permits
Multi-year and payment plan permits may be subject to AUTOMATIC renewal. This will
result in recurring charges until the permit expires, or until the permit is returned
to the
Parking Services Office. Further Information Please contact
