Permit Return Policy
How do I cancel a permit?
To cancel a parking permit, the permit must be returned to Parking Services. Refunds are issued in the payment form in which the original transaction took place. The only exceptions are permits purchased with cash, which will be refunded by check. A refund is prorated in proportion to the amount of time remaining on the permit.

I have payroll deduction
Permits are charged to payroll deduction one month in advance. As long as the parking permit is turned in before the 15th of the month, the permit is cancelled and payroll is not deducted again. If the parking permit is turned in after the 15th but before the end of the month, a credit for the following month is given. A temporary permit can be issued for the remainder of the current month.

I have a multi-year/payment plan permit
Multi-year and payment plan permits may be subject to automatic renewal. This will result in recurring charges until the permit expires, or until the permit is returned to Parking Services.
