Eligibility
Graduate student's employed on campus 45% time or more qualify for a Staff ("S") permit. The employee must show this percentage of time on the University Personnel Payroll System (PPS), or be listed on the Graduate Student Division Fellowship List. Graduate students employed less than 45% time are qualified for Student permits. Currently enrolled students are eligible to obtain Night & Weekend parking permits at no cost. Parking Areas
Staff permits are valid in lots labeled “Staff”. Please watch for spaces or areas within these lots that may have additional restrictions.

Applying
Apply for your permit online at ThePermitStore.com. Once your permit order has been approved, a ten-day temporary permit can be printed. If you have not received your long-term permit by this time, please visit the Parking Services Office.

Renewal
Renewal is not automatic. To maintain parking privileges, place a new permit order with ThePermitStore.com.

Payment Options
$432 for a yearly permit (July through June)
$324 academic year (Fall, Winter & Spring quarters)
$113 for the summer

Permits may be purchased with cash, credit card, check or electronic check. A permit purchased during the school year is prorated and the appropriate fee charged for the remainder of the year.
