1 Weekly rate is 6 times the daily rate.
2 Monthly rate is 20 times the daily rate.
3 Mileage rate includes gasoline at a current cost of $2.25/gallon and
use of a credit card when necessary. Mileage rate may be adjusted quarterly depending
on changes in cost of gasoline.
4 Unlimited mileage rate does not include gasoline or use of a credit
card. Unlimited mileage rate per week is 6 times the daily rate; per month is 20
times the daily rate.
